Producing Supreme and Grand National Champions.                                                                  Faylaur's Miniature Horses is situated in New Plymouth on the West Coast of New Zealand , we are only a short distance form the sea and under the beautiful Mountain Mt. Egmont also known as Mt.Taranaki. Our stud was established in 1995 when we purchased our first miniature. We were told they were addictive and now we have a small herd of approx 30 horses, including 3 stallions. Two are imported from the USA, and  stand at stud to selected mares. Most of our horses are registered with the American Miniature Horse Association (AMHA) as well as with New Zealand Miniature Horse Association. (NZMHA) Our Stallions have the bloodlines and pedigree of some of the most famous and well known in the miniature horse industry. They are representatives of years of selective breeding to obtain the refined, elegant and colourful miniature horses that we know today. Once a Miniature Horse enters your life you wonder how you could have ever lived without one or two or............ All of our Miniatures are handled from birth and are a part of our family. Just when we think we have them trained they show us how much they have trained us! We have been extremely pleased with the amount of success over the seasons. We have been awarded major wins including National Champions, NZMHA National Hi Point Winners and Supreme Champions with our own Faylaur's bred horses. We have had numerous wins in Progeny, Get of Sire and Breeders Awards.
